FAQ’s
Q: When will you be out to work on my lift?
A: We operate on a rolling schedule, which means we do not schedule jobs for a specific time or day. When you submit your form you will receive a confirmation email that a work order has be generated, in that email we will let you know how long our backlog is and an ESTIMATE of when we will be able to make it there.
Q: Does someone have to be there?
A: No, as long as the power is left on for the technicians that is all we need.
Q: Can my vessel be in the lift when you service it?
A: Yes, most of the time we actually prefer the boat to be in the lift as is gives the technicians a clearer picture of fitment and function. If moving the vessel is necessary, our technicians are able to move most vessels by hand. (special accommodations can be arranged for larger vessels)
Q: How will I know when you are coming?
A: Because our schedule is constantly evolving, the most notice we can provide is 30 mins - 1 hour before. The wind, weather, tides and unforeseen circumstances factor into our schedule daily. We always strive to serve everyone in a timely manner.
