Where can I buy parts for my Magnum Lift?

Magnum Boat Lifts will sell parts directly to customers. However if you plan to contract the help of one of our local dealers we recommend letting them acquire the parts that they need. Dealers are not obligated to use any parts that are purchased by the lift owner, regardless of the source.

What type of grease am I supposed to use on my Magnum Lift?

Any Magnum Lift that uses belt and pulley drive gear plates will require greasing, typically once a year. We recommend using High-Temperature Wheel Bearing Grease ideally fortified with MOLY in it.

Can I plug my lift into an extension cord?

It is not an ideal way to run power to your lift. It typically will not work and can cause unnecessary strain on electrical components. Please refer to the electrical specifications for your lift for more information.

Is it okay to leave my lift plugged in?

We recommend always leaving your lifts off and disconnected from the power source when they are not in use. Leaving a lift connected to a power source promotes electrolysis and can reduce its lifespan.
